Experience nature, culture and the blooming variety of colorful flowers in a unique landscape!

Look forward to a guided hike through the Zülpicher Börde and through the idyllic Tötschberg nature reserve. This tour not only offers you charming views over one of the most fertile landscapes in North Rhine-Westphalia, but also fascinating insights into the natural and cultural diversity of the region.

The Zülpicher Börde is known for its wide, open fields and rolling hills, but also for its agricultural use. But between the grain fields and old farm roads lies a quiet beauty: wild flowers in a wide variety of colors bloom along the wayside. With a bit of luck, we may even discover rare orchids, which transform the Tötschberg nature reserve into a botanical gem in spring and summer. The semi-dry limestone grassland there is a protected retreat for rare plants and butterflies. At the end of the hike, we visit St. Michael's Chapel on the Lützenberg in Vlatten. From here, we have another fantastic view of the village and the landscape of the Eifel and Börde.
